Tuesday 6 September 2011: After 42 years Douglas made it back
Thats how long since he was at Hampden to see Scotland.
Blip is amazing I met him through commenting on his wonderful journal
Cameras ,books and music
I discovered we were just a couple of old Hippies, same type of musical tastes and similar stories.
He is over on some sad family business as his Mum died recently and Mrs OC suggested I take him to the game as he had taken me to Motherwell a few weeks ago
The football was incidental as the power of this wonderful site showed its true colours again.
Thanks Douglas for your great company and we will do it again before you go home
