Thursday 8 September 2011: Sno!zone
Tonight I had the chance to take some pictures at Son!zone in Xscape at Braehead.
Quite a challenge for both myself and the camera gear. I think the flash was feeling the cold although I should maybe have taken along some fully charged batteries. It also took me a while to locate, and work my way up to, a decent vantage point.
I'm not totally satisfied with the results and think I have learned things I would put into practice next time. My biggest achievement was completing the exercise without falling.
I'm home now and starting to thaw out. Wish I had taken some warmer clothes. I have a couple of soaking wet knees and also a very, very wet bum!
