Warm and Cosy

I had thought of blipping another shot of rough seas and high tides, but decided instead on something warm and cosy on a day of yet more miserable weather.
There is something fascinating about the flames from a real fire. For me its not just the warmth and general feeling of well-being you get, but also the entertainment value of watching flames flicker and dance about. Certainly beats some TV programmes!
We had a great weekend with youngest son and his three friends who were staying. Although the weather kept us in for much of the time, everyone thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in front of the fires, as well as indulging in our passion for good food and drink. A wonderful time!
