The Emperor of the forest

This is the balcony used by the Emperor of the forest to address his nation of rats, squirrels (which are a cuter type of rat with a fluffy tail), magpies (lucky and unlucky, in odd and even number, black and white), empty cans and leprechauns (all those empty cider cans that litter the ground house armies of leprechauns reeking of fermented apples), salamanders and dog owners, crows and crowds of Saturday afternoon walkers.

Even city forests smell gorgeous after a heavy shower. Who would have thought?

Historical facts:
Augustus O'Dohertus was first consul of Dublinia between 52 AD and 36 AD.
He had this palace built in 51 AD and he did not do much afterwards. He was sorted.
His motto was: bibendum nec vomitur
