Tuesday 13 September 2011: First Rose

This is the Banksia Rose which starts flowering well before any of my other roses. I have to say it was a right cow to photograph this morning in the wind because it is on a long cane which kept swaying. They are about an inch or so in diameter in the old money or 2.5 cm in the new. No time for any other blips today but I did catch the orange again. If you are interested here is the link
