Wednesday 14 September 2011: Trophy man
This is one of the trophies awarded to the bodybuilders from my gym. They are displayed in the 'kitchen' area of the gym where the guys boil up their disgusting looking (and smelling) meals. Today Jack who works on reception had plain microwaved broccoli and unidentifiable white microwaved fish.
On Monday, Dave here was chowing down on a big bowl of what looked like liquidized newspaper but was apparently protein porridge. And if all that wasn't rank enough they quite often chase it with a pint of very salty water.
I think I'd rather be fat
