Ruminations

Sometimes it?s worth sticking around long after the light appears to have failed. This was taken about an hour after sunset, when even my eyes were struggling to focus. The light from the nearby town mixed with the blues to create the effect of a second sunset, balancing the available light beautifully. This allowed me to capture some of the movement of the grazing cows, and even caught a few stars.
