Sunday 18 September 2011: MAX EFFORT
The sun came out in Avenham Park today but it was still very wet under foot tyre for the Red Rose Olympics Cyclo-Cross. This event was the first round of the North West season and I only stumbled across news of it on the net yesterday.
It did get me to visit Avenham park for the first time in years and they appear to have spent a lot of money refurbishing and improving facilities so I shall probably pay another visit soon.
