Falkirk wheel

After feeling pretty lousy with a cold the last few days I headed out to get some fresh air by the Falkirk wheel. The low sun made an appearance which created some nice light under the wheel. The wheel is a rotating boat lift which connects the Forth & Clyde canal and Union canal through an innovative bit of engineering which would have previously required 11 traditional locks.
