Feta Fiend

The clever cat eats cheese and breathes down rat holes with baited breath.
W. C. Fields

Ace of kitchen crimes, refrigerator criminal, pest with an attitude, that's our Raspberry Sallie cat. The object of affection, the feta that she sampled when I added it to a bean salad yesterday, was close to toppling out of the fridge. She leaped in and arranged herself in the usual impossible way, avoiding being scooped out quickly. The added moments give her a chance to get to the objects of her deepest desire...cheese, butter, or an occasional bonus thrill when live lobsters have been imprisoned in a bag . If she could read this quote, she would have to admit that all she really cares about is the bait.

For the record,
This day came in cloudy, drippy and dismal yet again.
