Baked Eggs

Tonight is Underbelly night (the final episode) with Rod and he's going to bring dinner in a crock pot - so no cooking at Rodrigo Road for Sunday dinner this week.

But for lunch today I cooked baked eggs - always a good way to go with eggs if you've got a few things on the go and can't keep an eye on them.
