Dunwoods Deliveries is back

Spent some of last night and today fabricating a very strong pannier rack.

The beam is from the foot bed of an aluminium kids scooter ( which I found ) and the struts ( Ikea shelf tensioning rods ) are welded to the ferrous bracket of the beam.

The top box just happened to be in one of the sheds, I'm waiting for a proper panier bag.

The idea for the rack was to make it as strong as possible, so it will take at least 50 kilos of shopping. I would be happy for it to take about 100 kilos, but the tires may burst.
