Old friends

Teh internets is down in our house so I am posting now while I can..

For some reason I find faded old signs from old shops and so on very interesting. There are quite a few of these round Edinburgh and I may end up doing a wee series of them. This one is in Nicholson Street.

There still is a Friendship Centre in Edinburgh but the webpage is a bit cryptic. As far as I can tell from the tags it is a council provided social club for elderly people although apparently there is no disabled access to the premises in Morrison Street. They do claim to be a friendly friendship club though, I should hope so!
