Thursday 29 September 2011: Oompa-Loompa
Tonight was what has become an annual year 7/8 production to raise camp funds. This year the production was 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'. As usual the kids worked tremendously hard over a number of weeks to produce an excellent performance which was hilarious in places.
Had intended blipping Charlie's mum played by a wee laddie in his mums heeled boots, who walked pretty well in them. Sadly the shots of him weren't so flash. Then I got one of him as Braveheart but I kept coming back to this shot.
I love the way the oompa-loompa is in focus when she is clearly moving forward yet the others are blur.
