Thursday 29 September 2011: Insulation
Lots of insulation for our 3 attics today. Hopefully by next week, the big house projects will be complete. I can't wait to unpack the last of the boxes and for James to hang his art. I always feel most at home when James' paintings, sculptures, and photographs are displayed.
I wish we knew what the electricity bills had been for our house in the past. Then we would know whether the money we have spent on insulation, duct sealing, solar shades, and cellular blinds really will make a difference. For now, I will trust the word of the energy consultant that it will.
