Saturday 1 October 2011: The top of England
It was a bit warm for a run today but we had a steady 4 hour recce round the route of the Langdale Horseshoe race that takes place next weekend.
The picture shows my friend Declan on his way up Bowfell with a rather hazy Scafell Pike and Scafell in the background.
I was a bit busy yesterday, I managed to blip but only added it tonight, if I knew how I would link to it!!
