MEAT LOAF

No not the singer, but a very tasty dish served with my favourite mashed spuds.
Some people who shall remain nameless shudder at the word "meatloaf" but have come to realise that Sue's version is very very tasty. Just the thing for a cold, rainy Sunday evening meal.
