Sunday 2 October 2011: Here's Looking At You Kid!
This lady squirrel walked down the tree trunk (which is a pretty cool trick in itself) to take a closer look at me. She got to about 4ft above my head and then stopped and just watched for a few minutes before retrieving a nut that was concealed in the fork of two branches.
She seamed to be looking into the lens, maybe she could see her reflection... you know what women are like.. but then lost interest in me, preferring a quick snack instead:)
...Oops. Better duck and run:)
