Sunday 2 October 2011: Grapes
A smashing afternoon out at the City of Bears, a friend was visiting and it was great to see her again. We went mushroom hunting again and again came away richly laden. Sadly we found none of the wonderful Steinpilz (we did find old and partially eaten ones but they don't count). This was taken in the garden, and it was another beautiful day here.
In other news (and it's quite sad), the cranes are flying south for winter. We saw the first few hundred heading south just as the sun was setting. Beautiful to see and hear them. (Elwetritsches, they should be heading your way tomorrow - look to the sky).
Today's song is another from Billu and is called Khudaya Khair.
