Tuesday 4 October 2011: Hit The Ground
Went to work at our client's today. This meant we were subjected to the usual "oh that ALWAYS happens with new starts" problems. I've lost count of the number of places that SAY they want new starts to "hit the ground running". My experience is that new starts only ever just hit the ground.
I ended up going back to base and working from there. That was OK. I enjoyed my job today. Again.
Today's Blip is of the mushrooms (collected on Sunday) drying on the terrace. I'm looking forward to using them.
Today's song is called Charkha Chalati Maa and is from the film Pinjar. Lovely song.
