More from the stores today...

We have a section devoted to costume and textiles... and several drawers of shoes... these are from the 17th century and they are beautiful...

They are also tiny... miniscule.. designed for hobbit sized people... I would barely be able to fit one toe in them... and I don't think they'd be much good in the rain... I suspect these are an early example of taxi shoes...
