Tuesday 11 October 2011: This Great War
What is so Great about War
Ask a grieving mother
When her child does not return
A wife weeping wife who moans her loss
Their children's hopes and dreams all gone
Of friends lost in distant memory
To far flung lands we cast all
We killed and maimed
For some Holy cause
And truth be known
Who are we fighting for
What is so Great about War
When nothing ever changes
