Christmas Is Coming 2

After yesterday's creative efforts the cake turned out well, weighs just under 3kg, which is why the cooling tray is bending slightly!

Now fortified with brandy (the cake, not me) it's wrapped up and stored; there's plenty of time for more brandy before the marzipan goes on. Then it's handover to B&S to do the fancy stuff.
