Friday 14 October 2011: Vandals in sleepy village
Our friend brought us a newspaper when he arrive last tuesday, but it took us until last night to realise that one of the articles was about the war memorial in my mother's village in Gloucestershire... toppled by vandals, and just around the corner from where my mum lives. Incomprehensible!
Oh and Happy Birthday to my daughter!
