Will we make it?

This is the Night Blooming Cereus in our kitchen. It has bloomed once and now it is getting ready to bloom again. Here's what it looked like last time. The question is, will we see it or not? We are taking off for Las Vegas on Monday. Will it bloom either tomorrow or Sunday? I fear not and so we will miss it. Our house sitter will have the pleasure of seeing it I expect. But we keep talking to it and telling it to keep growing fast.
