Sunday 16 October 2011: Seed Pods
It's a beautiful day here and I've been reduced to using an indoor shot of some seed pods because I can't get out.
I'm currently typing in a very odd position, on tiptoes so that my knees can support my elbows and every so often as a spasm rips through my lower back, I make interesting noises.
Be grateful you weren't here to see the crawl along the hall. That was an unedifying 3 or 4 minutes of pain, swearing and frustration. It was enough to bring the cat off the sofa and into the hall to watch.
3 painkillers and Deep Heat have not worked miracles nor even taken the edge off what is a hideous amount of pain. Goodness only knows how I'm going to get up the stairs to bed.
