Gearing Up

The dark clouds are hovering all over the place. The comforters are out. The heaters are up. Morning feel lot more lazier. The wind cheaters are on sale. The gloves are out to use.Winter, or rather the preparation for it, has all but started. 7,8,6,4,4 are the forecasts in degrees centigrade for the week. That says it all.

The cashier in the foodcourt asked me today if this would be my first winter. I said Yes and I am looking forward for it. She sneered and said, Don't. I just wonder how bad it can get. And I just want to experience it. For it would be one of my first "real" winters in life.
