Adventures

M set off for a fishing trip early this morning, leaving the kids and I at the campground for the day.

We set out fairly early to the beach...just over the dunes from our campsite. Or so we thought :) We took what looked like a wooded trail, soon to find the kids in grass taller than they are. Not sure how much further it was, we turned around to find another trail. I had baby S in the front pack, and definitely didn't see myself carrying the two big kids over the remaining dunes.

Needless to say, we found "the trail" and spent a few hours playing on the sand and the frigid water. Many smiles, happy screams, and a few yawns, we head back to the camper. A perfect Oregon coastal day.
