Wednesday 19 October 2011: Cold ..
.. start to the day. Gloves, hat and many layers of clothing and I was still shivering. The wind is definitely from the North and it is supposed to be even colder tomorrow. Rather cloudy this morning and the sea was quite rough.
Ringing the changes and not visiting today. The hairdresser goes on Wednesday and the physio is popping in this afternoon so I will go tomorrow. Mum was very content yesterday and is socialising more and enjoying her meals. Such a relief. I am so proud of the way she has dealt with the trauma and reached the conclusion herself that there is no way she could manage on her own any more. Bless her.
Aquafit calls so I hope the water is warm today.
