Cycle, seal, curlew

Afternoon all ;0)

Great sleep last night....needed that ;0)
Recovered for dayshift weekend so up at 4.45am tomorrow.

Went for a cycle with my son today, great fun.....was getting a bit like nature watch .....went along the Fife Coastal Path between Burntisland and Aberdour, and first we saw this seal just sitting happily on the rocks, then our usual abundance of Oyster catchers and pesky seagulls...then we spotted this Curlew ....then there were three together....they weren't keen on us looking and kept flying off. Then we cycled passed 'Fossil Falls.

So it was quite a cool cycle.

Went to the playpark so J could play. WARNING: the little horses/seahorse/snail on springs for children to sit on and wobble about ARE NOT designed for adults.......J thought it hysterical when I sat on one, leaned back and was flat staring at the sky, I thought 'what the hell' !!

My musical link I've been singing all day. Its only connection is to our cycle as when it came out, it was a double A side single.....for those that remember vinyl....the other A side was Bicycle race.....and it was launched with loads of naked ladies cycling.....cycling has never been soooooo good !!!
And he does tell us to 'Get on your bikes and ride at the end of the song'
