Thursday 20 October 2011: It was a scarf kind of a day

I scraped the ice of my windscreen this morning in the dark. I worked all day in a cold, windowless print room and I drove home in the dark.

I had shortbread and a bar of chocolate for lunch.

At this rate I'm going to end up with rickets :-)
