sand in my sea shells

It is still warm enough to go to the beach on the west coast of Florida. Yesterday, I went to the first Nia dance class I ever attended on the beach in Longboat Key, FL. Initially I was not sure if I would like dancing on the beach and didn't know what it would be like having only done Nia in a studio, but I really liked it! Very invigorating and just what I needed. Before class started I walked the beach in the sun and gathered a few shells. More here.

Viewing large is delicious, I think. i love the texture of the sand.
