Monday 29 August 2011: The mountains overlooking Fairbourne and Barmouth

When you're in Fairbourne, you get a splendid view of the surrounding mountains.

When you're in the surrounding mountains, you get a splendid view of Fairbourne.

Or at least you would if it was a clear day.

Today isn't a clear day. It is the height of sumer after all.

Lovely up here, though, despite the greyness of the day.
