Lemon chicken

I cooked chicken mainly by myself and it was a success! It doesn't sound like an achievement, but having only progressed from being a vegetarian to a chickatarian a year or so ago I haven't really cooked much meat before, mainly because I'm scared of poisoning someone!
But this lemon chicken was in my chicken cookbook and it looked yummy, tasted it too.
I'm going to finish watching Bleak House this evening; I gave up on reading it a while ago...
