Lemsip Magic

I have been struck down again with the lurgy. Or else it's the same one back again and it had just fooled me into thinking it had gone. Either way I feel awful and am getting a bit sick of it.
Maybe it's too much exercise and decent food? Perhaps I should go back being being a couch potato and eating rubbish - I think I was healthier!!
Anyway, enough moaning!
This is the one and only photo I've taken today. It's a cup of steaming, restorative Lemsip lovingly brought to my sofa-sick-bed by Mr K. Next I'm going to have a mugful small tot of whisky and go to bed.
