Twinkle Toes

We have three daughters and tonight when Mr Down in the Dip sat to rest his welly weary feet he was treated to a pedicure. It was inevitable really as every other toe nail in the house had already been painted, even friends of the big brother (it's amazing how docile a 13 year old boy is when playing computer games).
After a hard day's slog in the garden, he had no energy for resistance and his toe nails, one by one, turned a glittery pink. I haven't told him yet that we have no nail varnish remover in the house and it may be next spring before it flakes away (or grows off!) Well, he won't be wearing his peeptoes over the winter anyway.....
