Tight rope walking

This is the owner of a wonderful web that is in my BBQ area. The spider is never visible during daylight hours. I'm not sure what kind of spider it is but it has a very robust and strong web. It moves quickly (ie I was on my toes), and I liked this shot but it was overexposed. I still like the spider walking on the web.

Melbourne Cup Day today. Picked the winner and third. No second place though. Great weather here on the Sunshine Coast and got to spend it in the marquee area, and brought home a bag full of goodies to boot.
