Thursday 3 November 2011: London By The Sea
Brighton is often referred to as "London By The Sea" and today I passed our very own tented protest city. The weather is lousy and very wet and it was all looking a bit soggy on site.
"Occupy Brighton" is one a growing number of protests around the country that are emulating the London St Paul's protest. This one isn't causing so much trouble and hasn't resulted in any Brighton clerics resigning but the council still want to evict them asap.
"We Are The 99%" slogan relates to the 99% of us that earn less than an average of £1.2million per year.
