Wednesday 2 November 2011: King Creosote and his Twinkly Eye
Out in the evening to a gig at the Liquid Room, often most irritatingly referred to as the liquid rooms. Plural. You wouldn't find that sloppiness from me. Other sorts of sloppiness perhaps. But not that. Naw. Where was I? Oh yes, in the Liquid Room. With a pint of Tennents Lager. And Mr JS. He had his big camera with him taking disgracefully lovely snaps. But mostly we were happy to wag our heads in time with the music and tap our feet. And it was a cracking bash - mind you, Gummi Bako almost stole it.
And afterwards we propped up a bar with a grand crowd of the old boys followed by a stroll home discussing fathers and daughters. And much more!
