Today's the day ........................ to go for a walk
Lovely day today - the sun shining in a blue and cloudless sky.
Went for a walk on Kendal Fell which I can see out of my kitchen window. In fact I know that there's a bench up there that I can get to in seven minutes. From there you have the whole of Kendal spread out beneath you - and a view of the Lake District Fells in the distance.
I have to say that it took me longer than seven minutes to get to my bench today. That would be because I kept stopping to take pictures of the trees in all their glorious autumn colours - and not because the old body takes longer to do everything these days. Wouldn't it ....................?
