Read the forum stuff yesterday about this craze that the biking group are into and thought I'd give it a whirl.
Not sure what all the fuss is about but hey it was fun setting the timer and running like a mad thing, lifting up "Scarlet" and trying desperately not to fall down the edge of the crag behind me.

For those not familiar with Edinburgh, this is the sunny Queens Park with the extinct volcano, Arthurs Seat in the background. Tadah!
