Monday 7 November 2011: Visit to the Scotch Whisky Experience
A day of contrasts. The funeral of a friend's father, a meeting with an old friend and a trip to drink a whisky in the middle of the afternoon - whatever next?
The whisky drinking could quite easily have extended to another and another - from a complete novice in the art I'm sure I could have got the hang of it, but there were responsibilities awaiting me and I had to limit it to 'just the one'.
Thanks are due to the kind folks from the Scotch Whisky Experience for the invite and to Kash Bhattacharya for organising the original Tweet-Up which led to all this frivolity on a Monday afternoon.
