Tuesday 8 November 2011: Role Models

At the Guatam Bhudda University in Greater Noida - which I visited today - the core values are Bhuddist. That means compassion and humility , kindness and fair dealing . It also means an emphasis on meditation. This remarkable place, created from scratch in the last few years , has a beautiful meditation centre outside of which is the circle of statues of those who have championed equality and the values of humanity on this sub continent.
