I know you may not have clicked on the thumbnail if you'd known it was an ash tray with cigarette stubs, but the reason this is so good to see is that it may be the last time I see it!

This week, two people very close to me have bought e-cigarettes. Both of them have given up smoking in the past but have been tempted back to the habit by those around them.However, these electronic cigarettes will give them the nicotine they crave while not filling their lungs with tar.

This is so good. I'm very proud of them both!
