Chiaroscuro

So if you have been regularly reading my blips then you will know my next artwork topic is chiaroscuro (light and dark). I have finished my first two pieces and am working on my third and my 'journey' is all about portraits and faces. I have spent 5 minutes with my new camera trying to take photos in the dark - a difficult task for any camera without a specialist lens - with my sister who is always happy to be drawn when it comes to coursework. This is my favourite, slightly blurred, but I love the shadows we created simply using a torch.
