Bevvie of beauties

Teejay took some students home up the Matakitaki tonight and so I tagged along for the ride. Took lots of scenery shots which were seriously considered for todays' blip. On the way back down I spotted a hawk on the fence post. TeeJay duly drove past, turned round and came back so SHE was o the camera side of the car grrrrrrrrrr and got a fab shot of it flying away which she will no doubt blip.
In disgust and friendship barely in tact we retired to the Rock Snot for pizza and this beauty turned up to feast on the flax. he was charming enough to hang around for a few shots. So I too am blipping a bird tonight. The scenery shots can wait for another day.
