Morris 1800

Boy was today hectic.

Started at 11am with us heading to Glasgow and getting caught up in the traffic when someone had an accident westbound on the M8 - Some poor caravanner managed to get their caravan on it's side over the Hard shoulder plus lane 1 of the motorway. When we passed the police were there, but were standing about doing nothing as the recovery people had not arrived.
Funny thing was that the car was still attached to the caravan and so this 4 * 4's back end was 3 ft in the air just teetering. Lucky for driver and passenger they were just standing next to this wreck.

Anyways, off to the Next "Home World" at Braehead to see the furniture we saw in their catalogue. It looks pretty, but pricey. Wagamama was also visited for one of their absolutely gorgeous katsu currys.

Last stop before heading back alongthe M8 was Adsa "Living" store - a huge disappointment - no furniture on show - just most of the stuff I could get at the Jewel with my shopping! - not impressed.

Homeward bound we got rained on....but on the way back we checked in at another homewares shop in Roseburn.....which was when I saw this rather nice old Morris 1800 outside a coachworks.....I always appreciate old cars...and this one was pretty!
