Mole Poblano

I just came back from two days (all employees involving) company trip to my sick family. The days where filled with work (meetings), evening activities with colleagues (eating and moderate drinking) and working out.

Then only food what we had available was traditional Mexican food, mole poblano. I got the base mole from a mexican friend. Damn that is good food. Though it leaves rather messy kitchen afterwards? Never the less it is worth the trouble. Thank you Jesus for the mole and thus saving the evening!
