Friday 18 November 2011: Daybreak
When I started riding a bicycle again in 2008 (after a 20+ year hiatus), it was to ride my bike to work. My work location changed and was only 7 miles from my house. For two years, I rode to work over 2/3 of the time.
My office moved again and commuting is more difficult now. It is now 17 miles each way. I rode today though, and saw this vista over my shoulder and decided it was too nice of a shot to pass up.
You'll notice my trusty steed, a 1994 Nishiki Sport XRS hybrid, in the foreground.
