Saturday 19 November 2011: Mike and his bamboo bike
Mike used to own one of the bike shops in town. He recently went to some frame builder in the Bay area of California with some friends and they built up bike frames of bamboo with carbon fiber wraps at the joints. He's still not quite done with the bike yet (notice no handlebar tape yet). He wants to ride it a bit and tune things in.
